How to keep a summer house mosquito-free
The Estonian summer is short and the mosquitoes know it. Three layers work best together: screens first, a trap in the yard and a repeller where you sit.
- Screens on windows and doors. Air the house day and night – no mosquito gets in.
- A net over the bed or hammock. Calm sleep even with the window open.
- A trap for the yard. Place it a few metres from where you sit – it draws mosquitoes away from you.
