Products ship from our partners’ warehouses in Europe straight to you. Several products may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost. We email you a tracking link.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email [email protected] or use the withdrawal form; we will send return instructions and the address.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice, if possible in the original packaging with all parts.
- The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the goods. If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we pay.
- We refund the price including standard delivery within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until we have the goods back or proof that you sent them.
Faulty or damaged products
Check the parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, write to us with photos. You have a 2-year legal guarantee.
