A chemical-free bug zapper: 15 W UV light draws mosquitoes and flies in, a 4200 V grid kills them. A separate 9 W LED makes it a terrace light too.

How a mosquito trap works
A trap imitates the scent, warmth and CO₂ of a person, and a fan pulls mosquitoes into a net. Place it 5–10 metres from where you sit and switch it on a couple of hours before the evening. Trap plus repeller gives the best result.
