1. Who we sell to
We sell to consumers and businesses and deliver within Estonia. You must be at least 18.
2. Products and prices
Product images are illustrative. Prices are in euros and include 24% VAT. The delivery price is shown in the basket before payment.
3. Contract
The contract is formed when you have placed and paid for the order and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if the product is no longer available, the price contains an obvious error or the payment cannot be confirmed; we then refund within 14 days.
4. Payment
By card, PayPal or bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders ship once the payment arrives.
5. Delivery
Delivery in Estonia is €5.99, free from €100. Usually 5–10 working days. Products ship from our partners’ warehouses in Europe and may arrive in separate parcels.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The buyer pays the direct cost of the return. We refund the price including standard delivery within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.
7. Complaints
You may claim for a defect within two years of receiving the goods.
