Everything we sell ships from Estonia, where all three of our makers produce. One origin means one honest rate card — the price below is what the carrier charges us, not a padded average.
Free delivery
- Free on orders over €99 across most of the EU.
- Free over €149 to Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Romania and the United Kingdom, where carriage costs us roughly twice as much.
- Below those thresholds, the exact rate for your country applies — shown in full at checkout, before you pay.
Rates and delivery times
Rates are per order, not per pair. Add a second pair and the delivery cost does not change.

Dispatch
- In-stock orders are handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order pairs — most OmaKing leather sandals and shoes — are cut after you order and dispatch in 5–10 business days. This is marked on the product page.
- You get tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Where we ship
All 26 countries listed above: the EU plus the United Kingdom. We do not ship to Cyprus or Malta, because our carrier does not serve them from Estonia — rather than take an order we cannot fulfil, we do not sell there.
Customs and duties
EU orders are delivered duty-paid with your country’s VAT already in the price — nothing further to pay on arrival. United Kingdom: consignments up to £135 include UK VAT at checkout; above £135, import VAT and any duty are collected by the carrier on delivery.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved for five business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase the carrier. Parcels that are lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full — that is our risk to carry, not yours.
