The Samelin 791 Tarkovsky boot is a unisex model manufactured in Tartu, Estonia. The upper consists of water-repellent genuine leather, and the sole is molded directly to the upper. These boots are produced according to NATO AQAP 2110 standards by the same factory that makes the M77 military boot.
