The Samelin 791 Tarkovsky Boot is manufactured in Tartu, Estonia, according to NATO AQAP 2110 standards. The upper consists of genuine water-repellent leather with no additional lining. A direct-injected PU sole is molded directly to the upper for structural integrity.
