Description
The Samelin M77 is a military-style boot developed over ten years to meet strict Norwegian army requirements. It is manufactured in Tartu, Estonia, and has been supplied to NATO forces for over 50 years. The design prioritizes durability, breathability, and ease of maintenance.
What it is made of
- The upper consists of thick 2.8–3 mm full-grain water-repellent leather.
- The outsole is direct-injected polyurethane (PU).
- A light Cambrelle textile lining is placed under the tongue.
- The anatomical insole is shockproof, antibacterial, breathable, and washable.
- Steel components are integrated into the construction.
Who it suits
These unisex boots are designed for both men and women who require robust footwear for harsh conditions. They are suitable for military, tactical, or cold-weather civilian use. The water-repellent leather and breathable construction handle moisture and temperature changes effectively.
Sizing and fit
Samelin M77 boots run large and are intended to be worn with thermal or double socks. If you plan to use them in freezing winters, pairing them with specific inner socks is recommended. New full-grain leather boots may require a break-in period to achieve optimal comfort.
